Integrated billing supports consultation charges, diagnostic services, insurance claims, payment tracking, and digital receipts. Patient portals and mobile notifications help individuals access prescriptions, laboratory reports, follow-up schedules, and health education materials. Role-based access, encryption, consent controls, and audit logs strengthen privacy and accountability. The system can also generate reports on patient visits, revenue, medicine usage, and service performance.
