Abstract

Software as a Service platforms support subscription-based business models and digital service delivery through centrally hosted applications accessed over the internet. The system enables providers to manage customer registration, subscription plans, billing cycles, payments, service usage, renewals, and account support. Cloud infrastructure allows applications to scale according to user demand without requiring customers to install or maintain complex software. Real-time dashboards help providers monitor recurring revenue, customer activity, service performance, cancellations, and subscription growth. Automated workflows improve onboarding, invoicing, access control, upgrades, and customer communication. Security features such as encryption, authentication, data backup, and role-based permissions protect sensitive information. Overall, SaaS platforms can reduce delivery costs, improve service accessibility, strengthen customer retention, and support predictable recurring revenue.
